Come join us on October 27th at 7:30pm for an illuminating lecture and discussion with Dr. Scott Haas on ukeireru, the Japanese concept of acceptance and how it can be applied to improve our daily lives.
Through his experiences working and living in Japan, Dr. Haas has observed how Japanese people use acceptance and empathy to live more happily and manage the stresses of everyday life. By embracing and practicing ukeireru, Dr. Haas offers his insight on a new way of life to reduce anxiety and stress and increase overall well-being.
