1 month temp at Boston Consulate

JET Coordinator Susan Gill at the Boston Consulate is seeking an assistant for one month to help with JET Interviews!

JET Program Interview Assistant – 1 month temp

JET interviews are coming up and I will need an assistant for about a month, starting around the end of the month (ie next week.).  This is a paid position.

Ideally, 9:30-5:30 M-F with some flexibility possible, except on JET interview days (Feb. 20, 21 & 22)

General office work to get ready for the interviews: planning the schedule, verifying information, photocopying, mailing, emailing, data entry, filing, shredding, etc.  On interview days: receiving candidates, checking them in, answering questions, etc.  After the interviews: compiling results to be sent to Tokyo.  Other projects and work as necessary.

Be a former JET participant.  Have legal status to work in the US and basic computer skills.  Need someone who is not too stressed out by clutter.

If you have any questions or interest, please contact me with a note and resume as soon as possible.  Please pass this along to any former JETs that you know!
