Founded in 1903, the Saiya Brewery, from the northern region of Akita, is one of the most awarded at Japan’s National New Sake Competiotion.
Kohdai Kato
Located in Yamagata in northern Japan, the Eiko Fuji brewery, founded in 1778 is now lead by the 13th generation of the Kato family.
Yasunobu Tomita
Founded in the 1540’s, the Tomita Brewery is one of the oldest and smallest in Japan, limiting production to just over 5,000 cases per year.
