Tohoku Holiday Greeting Card Project

JETAA USA Board of Advisor member Jessyca Wilcox sent this along to us. Steven Horowtiz, also on the Board of Advisors, posted it on JETwit here. We received a lot of participation last year with this card sharing project so we hope you will send some cards this year too!

American students can send holiday greetings to students in the Tohoku area of Japan devastated by the 3/11/2011 disaster. Cards, which can be written in English, will be distributed beginning December 17. Postage for a regular-size envelope is $1.05.

Send cards to:

Boys and Girls

c/o Mr. Choji Sugihara

Shoshi High School

Fukushima-ken, 963-8004

NEJETAA members will write some cards at the Nihongo Dake Dinner tonight. If you are interested in sending cards along with NEJETAA, please email Trish, our NEJETAA Treasurer: treasurer at nejetaa dot com
